I believe that everyone has a right to love their job and I want to help as many people as I can find work they will love.
I've worked in and led personal and professional development functions at some of the UK's largest businesses, including Tesco, Samsung, Virgin Media and Lloyds TSB. In that time I've coached people at all levels and specialisms and have built deep expertise in career development, talent identification, coaching and mentoring.
I've supported hundreds of personal and professional growth journeys over the past decade and am committed to sharing my expertise to help as many people as I can find careers they will love.

Like Rob, my purpose in life is to help people develop their careers and unlock their potential.
We believe that everyone has a right to love their job and be the best version of themselves. I want to support people on the journey to find their passion and achieve their goals.
My entire career has been spent building expertise in career, leadership and talent development having worked in both consultancy and in-house roles. I have coached and developed talent in some of the largest global and UK organisations, including Bayer, Virgin Media and PepsiCo. I have supported many individuals and teams overcome challenges and unleash their potential.
My passion for personal development and years of expertise in crafting great careers, fuels my commitment to sharing my experience and unlock the potential in as many people as I can.
